I was thinking about all the fur babies that we have met over the years. They all have a story and each one is unique. Today I wanted to talk about one of the most common questions we hear and how these factors can determine the answer. Just how long does it take to see results with MYOS Canine Muscle Formula?
When we created MYOS Canine Muscle Formula, we wanted to be able to help as many dogs as possible. To do this, we set out to complete a 12-week study on dogs recovering from TPLO surgery, a procedure similar to ACL surgery for humans. The results were pretty astounding! The dogs taking MYOS recovered faster and lost less muscle mass while being immobilized during the recovery process. So, when people ask us, “How long will it take to see results?”, we rely on the science and data that we have from our clinical studies.
Over time, we saw more and more dogs using MYOS for a variety of reasons. Some were losing muscle mass due to age; some were recovering from surgery and others were taking it simply as a preventative supplement to ensure their younger dogs maintain excellent muscle health. Over time, we heard from many pet parents who reported positive results, showing us that MYOS is not a one size fits all supplement.
